1. Who we are
GaffHub helps verified university students connect for local trades and campus favours. This policy explains what data we collect and why, in line with GDPR principles for users in the EU/EEA and the UK.
2. Data we collect
We collect account details you provide: full name, university email, WhatsApp number, profile rating data, listings you post, SOS requests, reports you submit, and photos uploaded for marketplace items.
3. How we store and use data (GDPR)
Emails and contact handles are securely stored via Supabase strictly for platform functionality — so other students can message you about listings or favours, and so we can secure your account. We never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for unrelated advertising networks.
4. Payments
GaffHub does not process card payments or hold funds. Money moves between students outside the app. We do not store bank or Revolut credentials.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate details, or account deletion at any time. Email support@gaffhub.com and we will handle the request as required by applicable data protection law.
